If you desire to be ordained, you will have to attain the age of thirty, and you will have to establish a local pastor to be your mentor throughout the duration of your training. Your pastor will fill out a form from our institution recognizing your pastor as your mentor for the duration of your training period. After you have completed the four years of training, you will be licensed as a minister and placed in our Collegium leadership network. This will mark the beginning of your internship period. In order to receive your ordination you will need to correspond with us on a monthly basis for two years and annually thereafter. This monthly report will explain your activity as a minister, any difficulties you are facing in ministry, and what are some of the goals you are setting for the next month. We will evaluate your progress and if your internship was satisfactorily completed (after two years), then you will be ordained by Collegium Ministries.
